Dear Students,
We live in a highly accelerated world today that we as educators need to pause and reflect on the entire system of education. The question that often arises is whether our school prepares our children to be competent enough to face the challenges that the future holds. In fact, these factors motivate us to go through a continuous process of reflection and hence we at St. Xavier's strive at implementing a well-balanced curriculum to ensure that the children who walk in the portals of our school will not just enjoy their school years but also to be prepared to face life's challenges.
Aristotle once said " Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all ".
Even as we impart the education to match the advancement in technology and globalization, we endeavor constantly that our children are formed ahead with the Xavi rites' ethos of moral values and principles. We aim at helping them grow and develop into sensitive and responsible citizens of the future.
" If everyone is moving together, hen success takes care of itself ". We are indeed blessed with a committed and supportive management, dedicated teachers, caring and co-operative parents who blend harmoniously to create a child-centric school at St. Xavier's School. The ambience of the school provides with the intensive use of a variety of thinking activities, strategies and group dynamics making the classrooms vibrant and alive. We have always believed that " teach a child to experience and appreciate the real wonders of his country and the world; and you will teach him to grow the wings of ambition and soar...soar like a falcon towards the skies with feet firmly planted in core Indian values ".
We continue our ascent towards success by asking more of ourselves today, tomorrow, and forever. Accepting as true, Henry Ford's words: " Life begins with one step outside of your comfort zone, " the school aspires to create a symphony in the hearts of its young pupils, such that it exudes pure music and propels them to the exalted position that is the beginning of a wonderful dream. The school motto ' Lead Kindly Light ' is deeply embedded in the hearts of our students as they move ahead as beacons of light breaking their cocoons.
